Scope

This notice covers personal data submitted through the website contact form.

Purpose of processing

Data is processed solely to send Codinglab an email and allow us to reply to your professional enquiry.

It is not used for newsletters, marketing, advertising profiling, or any other purpose.

Data processed

  • full name;
  • email address;
  • company (optional);
  • message content;
  • technical data strictly necessary for service security (for example anti-spam verification and abuse limiting).

Special/sensitive categories of data are not requested. Please do not include them in your message.

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: pre-contractual steps at your request;
  • where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interest in managing professional communications.

Retention

Form data is not stored in a website database. It is transmitted as the content of an email to the controller and remains in the mailbox for as long as needed to handle the conversation, unless a longer period is required by law.

Recipients and transfers

Data is not shared with third parties for commercial or profiling purposes.

The following may intervene only to deliver the requested service:

  • the configured email delivery provider, for message delivery;
  • Cloudflare Turnstile, when enabled, for anti-spam protection.

No other third-party sharing is intended.

Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
